7/22/18 – My boyfriend and I stopped in after seeing a random 2015 F-150 truck on the lot as we were driving by on North Main. We decided to check it out. We were greeted almost instantly by Jovani who was extremely nice and NOT pushy whatsoever. He admitted he didn’t know much about the truck, it was recently traded in for a Dodge Ram. We understood seeing as it was a dodge, jeep and Chrysler dealership, no worries :)
We checked the truck out and within minutes were on to a test drive.
My boyfriend stated that the test drive was just fine. There were no pushy questions or those \”too personal\” questions. They just took a short stroll down the street, came back and talked financing.
I stayed behind because we had our dog in the car, clearly not expecting to buy same-day! EVERYONE there was so accommodating and nice to me and my pup. They asked me if I wanted a water bowl for him and a water for myself, I accepted cuz it was hot and I was parched!
My boyfriend came back from the test drive and we were invited in, including our dog. The process did take awhile but we were offered beverages and treated very kindly.
Throughout the process we were helped by Jovani, Matt and Alberto. As I said, everyone was lovely to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler…heck! maybe even stop in for a Ford every once in awhile ;)
Thanks guys!
This one is The Best in the Bay Area. After a horrendous experience with Stoneridge who \”accidentilally sold\” my newly purchased Jeep while it was in transit, then piled on a ton of lies to try and get me to buy something else, I got a refund and called WC to see if they could help.

Matt Sullivan not only listened to what I wanted but went out and found it, and it wasn’t through WC. What dealership do you know of that is willing to send business elsewhere just to make dreams come true! In less than a day, Matt located my dream Jeep at another dealership farther away (with whom they do not do trades) and was kind enough to tell me about it so that I could go there and have my vehicle in time for Mother’s Day. Matt went the extra mile and was knowledgable, communicative and even followed-up with me to make sure everything went well.

WC Jeep dealership – You can bet I will be taking my Jeep here for service for many years to come. You just earned a new loyal customer and should give Matt Sullivan a huge recognition for being the best employee ever. Thank you for being honest and for making dreams come true. Jeep Jeep!
My experience here was nothing short of exceptional. From my initial call to Reno, through the sale and after have just been great. At no time did I feel rushed to make a decision and Reno took the time to answer all of my questions.

My finance Manager, Alberto Fletes was amazing as well. Never pushy and answered all of my questions.

Huge inventory of new cars and amazing staff.

Thank you Walnut Creek Chrysler/Jeep.
This review is being left for the service department specifically, \”Jose\” and his manager and outstanding customer service with common sense!!

I came in for an oil change with an online coupon. It wasn’t theirs, however being completely professional they honored the coupon, and kept a happy customer.. I will possibly purchase another FCA product in the near future!
As a first-time buyer of a car at a dealership, I am very impressed by this establishment. I am purchasing a used Hyundai, and the salesman was very nice. When I hear about car dealerships, I think of pushy salesman. That is not the case here! During the test drive he was very honest about the reliability and reputation of Hyundais.

The sales manager was very personable. He and my dad had a fun conversation about the movie \”Rudy.\” He made sure to mention that they stand behind their used cars, and only accept used cars in excellent condition.

Some extra perks – there is a nice area to watch television while you’re waiting on paperwork. If you have children, there is also a sectioned off play area. They have water bottles, a VERY nice vending machine, and a coffee maker.

This place makes the car buying process more bearab
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE BY FAR! Keith helped both my husband & I with our purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee & Dodge Durango. Keith was very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I dread the car buying experience, but this was the first time I felt comfortable and the process was made easy. Keith even spent a great deal of time going over all the features which is greatly appreciated! A great BIG THANK YOU KEITH MONTES!! I highly recommend Keith and his team!!
Alberto made the paper signing go by fast and easy. Thank you Alberto for you assistance with finding the best rates, we both are so happy with the fabulous service we received!!!
Only reason I am leaving this 5 star review is 110% because of CHRIS!!! I have had horrible experiences with dodge here several times before but this time I got to deal with Chris and he has made my entire process Stress free…having to tear my entire engine apart he has kept me updated and has got me several discounts do to the headaches of not having my car!!! This man deserves a FAT bonus for customer service!!! I appreciate
You Chris thanks for showing all your co workers how it’s done I don’t want to deal with anyone else but him from now on!!!
The absolute BEST Jeep dealership we’ve been to! To start off this would be our 6th Jeep that we have leased. We have always loved our jeeps, but hated having to go through the process of getting a new one. We started looking 4th of July at Stoneridge Jeep dealership and had a absolute horrible experience. To keep it short we were in their finance office twice signing papers and both times got told that something was wrong with the deal and they had to work new numbers. During this frustrating process we called Walnut Creek Jeep, because they had a similar vehicle. We were connected with Keith and immediately he was super helpful, professional, patient and nice. He listened to what we were going through and even offered to help review their deal to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. After walking out of Stoneridge dealership for the 2nd time in two days we were done. I told Keith I would reach out when we were ready to look again.

Fast forward to this past week. We reached out set up an appointment and honestly were done with the deal by the end of that appointment. He was honest upfront and realistic about what numbers they could do. There was no pressure and he even made sure to make a copy of the numbers so we could go home and think about it for the night. Promised that nothing would change by the next day. We went in the next day and he had everything ready to go. We were in and out in an hour. We can’t say enough about Keith and the rest of this dealership. Everyone we saw that worked at the dealership both days made a point to say hello and asked if we needed anything. Alberto was very friendly and quick in the finance office(very important when you have two little ones with you).
Last but not least, like we said before Keith was amazing! The dealership was also really clean and it didn’t have that aggressive sale person vibe the other dealerships we had been to had. Just a wonderful refreshing experience all around!!

Thank you Walnut Creek Jeep and Keith for such a great experience!! We’ll be back soon
After making an appointment for early morning, they still had not finished servicing my car 5 hours later… for a simple 5K oil change! I even called them and my service rep, did not call me back. After walking down to the service center and continuing to wait, I was told that the car was still not ready and making an appointment was just so they could take my information and car and not any indication that service would be performed in a timely manner. Guess what? First and last service appointment at this place! I will drive to Lithia Chrysler in Concord instead… the car was ready after 8 hours!!! They destroyed my whole day…
Absolutely appalled by our interaction with them today. My fiance and I were in San Francisco when our car broke down. We called ahead to the dealership and were told that the car couldn’t be looked at today, but that they could hold it overnight and they’d check it out tomorrow. However, when we called to confirm that the car had arrived, we were told they didn’t know if they had it and that they didn’t work on cars older than 10 years old if it hadn’t been brought in to them before. We told them how old the car was and that we’d never been to that dealership when we called and no one thought it was worth telling us that our car was unserviceable according to their policy. When we finally got the manager on the phone she basically told us that, despite the misinformation given to us by their staff, we were SOL and that they refused to work on it. Now we have to pay to tow it somewhere else when all of this could have been avoided. What’s worse is that they didn’t seem to care at all that they cost us money and that they wasted our time. The manager kept mentioning policy and never apologized for the misinformation provided by the staff Absolutely appalled and will never go back.
Internet Sales Manager Keith Montes is awesome. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to test drive a Jeep and Keith came out to meet me. He was low-key and very easy to talk to, no pressure whatsoever. How many of us dread car shopping because of the stereotypical pushy sales guy??? Keith’s demeanor pretty much sold me on making the purchase. The whole experience from start to finish was super easy and fun. A special shout out to Monica in Finance for also making my first new car purchase enjoyable!
Just leased a new Wrangler from these guys over the weekend and they are total pros. No BS, no pressure, no time wasted in going back and forth. I had an aggressive number in mind and I knew what I wanted to pay and they proactively gave me a solid discounted bottom line price in combination with running my many term/DP/mileage scenarios to hit my targeted lease payment as close as they were able. The whole process was painless and transparent – and it’s always a good sign when a dealer is willing to give you aggressive pricing on the newest models that are already in high demand and not needing to be discounted in order to sell. That’s how you earn new and loyal customers.

Their Sales Manager, Matt Sullivan is a straight shooter and very helpful. Our Sales Associate, William Beyer was super thorough, really knowledgeable about the car/sales process and insanely attentive without being pushy or dismissive of any concerns we had. Shout out to their people in finance too – they knew we were on a schedule and they really helped expedite things and run a bunch of numbers to help us structure the deal that worked best for us.

Kudos to the team in Walnut Creek!
I have been to this service center a dozen times over a course of two new vehicles, but this last visit prompted me to write this review in hopes it will make you a bit more cautious.

To make this short I’ll just describe my last two visits to their service department with my brand new car. Two months ago I took it in for a malfunctioning heated seat. They troubleshot it to a bad heating module and told me to come back when they get the part.

Fast forward about a month and my car is at the dealership for a couple days. When I picked it up I noticed deep scratches on the interior trim and a dent on the metal frame under the door (as it sits closed). I am a pretty lenient guy so I decided to let it go. I probably shouldn’t have because a few days later I realized they didn’t fix the seat!

Back at the dealer a few weeks later I pointed out the damage to the service rep and nicely asked to tell the techs to be more careful. They kept my car for about four days telling me that the wrong part was replaced initially. I was ok with this as long as I get my car fixed I thought.

WRONG! I got the car back and inspected for damage when I got home. Even more deep scratches on the trim, paint, and the back of the seat looked like someone took it apart with zero regard for my hard earned money. On top of it all they gave me my car back on empty! I left it there half full. Oh and I saved the best for last…………the seat is broken again! BEWARE! If you care for your car keep a close eye on their craftsmanship…
Camron took a bad situation and made it better helping in anyway he could when the Auto Body Shop and Insurance Company failed. I truly appreciate his help and will give my business to Stead Jeep whenever I can. It’s refreshing to be able to talk to reasonable people to come up with a solution. Thank you!
They seem to be busy all the time yet never have the people to service the scheduled work. I waited 20 min for them to take my car. Then as I waited for my oil change, I had go out and look and see that my car was done then ask the counter \”guy\” if my car was done and he said it should be please wait in line. 7 min of waiting in line and I get up to a someone else at the counter, just so she can tell me to wait for \”Guy\”. So as I wait for him to tell me to go pay. Then at the counter they say it’s backed up at the wash it will take another 30 to wash it.

Come on, hire the correct staff or take less appointments. Either way time to improve your service.

We went in there ready to buy, money in our pockets, knowing exactly what we wanted. We were reproached for not making an appointment. We had to convince them to show us anything, a test drive was like pulling teeth. They were not willing to even talk to us about buying and said they’d email me. It took 4 days to hear from them. I replied immediately to their email saying I wanted to come in to buy and didn’t get a reply for three days. Finally, I said I’m taking other test drives and two days later got a response. By then I had already made an appointment with Mercedes. The customer service was amazing and I drove off in a c coupe that was just as fun a drive as the giulia with a much nicer interior. Alfa Romeos $50k loss was Mercedes gain. ‍
I did my research and decided I would be purchasing a Stelvio. I contacted a total of four dealerships for ballpark quotes, but all, except Alfa Romeo Walnut Creek put the hard sell on me. From my initial inquiries, I was introduced to Max Simpson by the business development rep who initially responded to me. Max was awesome. He is a good human being and a business person instead of a \”auto salesperson,\” the kind that gives the industry a bad name. Max was very professional and personable and totally efficient. Lastly, I had a little issue with the car that I noticed after I drove off the lot. I contacted Max and he handled it perfectly…..even after the sale was closed. My new go to dealership. A complete unpretentious, class act.
After visiting several Alfa Romeo dealerships in San Francisco, Burlingame and Berkeley I came back to this one for the best deal and exceptional service. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision on leasing my Alfa Romeo! They definitely got themselves a returning customer once the lease is up.
Jonathan Higgins is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with! His proffessionalism and non intrusive manner not only sold me the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, but represented his dealership in a stellar way. He sold me on doing business here in the future. I will be recommending this dealership and Jonathan to everyone. I LOVE this Stelvio! No one in the area has one so it turns many heads and is a blast to drive! Thanks again Jonathan!
Garth Wall is hands one of the most professional \”car\” salesperson’s around. He makes sure you get the vehicle you want/need without pressure of the up-sale. With so many unethical people out there, it was a real pleasure to work with Garth. I’m sure I’ll be working with him again in the future.

If you’re looking for a car, give him a call!
Couldn’t speak better of this dealership. I went in knowing what car I wanted(2017 Giulia TI) and they were more than accommodating.

The reasons I chose this dealer over the other dealers in the area:

1.) Jonathan Higgins — Friendly, straight forward and knowledgable.

2.) Price – They were up front and fair on the price. I was quoted at a $200 monthly premium for the same model at a different dealer.

After we agreed on price, the finance manager, show, was beyond friendly and quick. (We have a young baby so being considerate of our time was greatly appreciated).

Thanks for the experience and the beautiful car!
If you want a service shop that defines customer service, this is the place. Henry Escano helped me from start to finish – from booking the appointment to the time of pickup. He made the extra effort to make sure the rim colors match (I scratched them), and returned them to the guy servicing rim repairs when he felt the new paint was a shade darker than the standard. He also volunteered to foot the extra days rental on my car rental, due to the delay in getting my car back. All in all, this is the best place to get your Alfa Romeo fixed in the Bay Area.

Edgar Romero
Waste of time, when to the dealership on 3 occasions. First couple times was to see the Gulia and test drive it.

Next was talking about numbers..

I told Julia and Vince the type of car I wanted and they told me they would contact me when they have a hold of the car.

Went in again and was promised a couple more days. Called the dealership to ask a couple more questions and no one got back to me. Julia or Vince.

(Now I understand why surrounding Alfa Romero dealerships don’t like dealing with this location)
You know how you hate to shop for a car because you don’t want to deal with the \”pushy car salesman\”? Well then you need to see Garth, he is the COMPLETE opposite of the \”pushy car salesman\”. He is very knowledgeable about his fleet of cars, and will honestly answer any questions you have. He is by far one of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing, and if I had to buy another car tomorrow I would see Garth again.
I ended up at Alfa Walnut Creek because I was in the market for a Giulia at a time where dealers did not have a lot of stock. I went the other dealers closer to where I live in San Francisco, and was frankly disappointed at their willingness to help me find what I wanted.

The team at Walnut Creek, Mario and Julia were great. I was picky on what I wanted so at first, they tried doing all sorts of searches to see if they could find a car for me at another dealer or onroute to the States. When we couldn’t find anything that made sense, they helped me order the car, which finally got here!

I would recommend Walnut Creek to anyone in the market for an Alfa. Their level of service surpasses any other dealers in the area.
My wife and I leased a new Giulia from Jonathan and Julia of Alfa Romeo of Walnut Creek today. The entire experience was terrific. Julia worked with me over the course of 4 days to obtain the car and favorable deal I needed to make the whole thing work. Our 2017 Giulia is a fantastic car. I have owned 67 automobiles, of various quality brands, but this car is superior to 90% of what I’ve owned. A fantastic car, from fantastic people! I highly recommend anyone who wants an Alfa go see the folks at Alfa Romeo Walnut Creek. A wonderfully pleasant experience.

5 stars and a million kudos!!

Cuz I love these guys mucho!!!! Okay okay, yes it’s Porsche, but sometimes high end dealerships can be snobby and detached. I swear after the first time I took my car in for service, they ALL remembered me by name! They constantly provide excellent service and never try and upsell me! The showroom floor people are helpful; never pushy. Their service team is, simply put, awesome! Keep up the great work guys!!!!
Probably the only thing they good at is oil change, you need to be special trained for that by Porsche professionals. This guys are pros in that.
But if something else happens that’s it just trade your car in it will save your time.
There is something wrong with my car which is still under warranty but their professional said if I will drive it slowly and don’t put sport mode everything works ok. Of course if I won’t drive it at all I won’t have any problems with it.
I believe cars made especially Porsche to drive, doesn’t matter how I drive it has to work proper I believe there is a word for that like quality?!
Long story short my car has an issue which I didn’t have before tried to explain, no luck with that.
Only suggestion is drive it in normal mode.
I love Porsche but I hate to deal with such \”professionals\”.
Hopefully my it won’t die on me.
Please get more knowledgeable mechanics.
We need them
I bought a ’92 Carrera convertible here over 10 years ago that has been my baby. The first year, the fuel line went out and I had it replaced here along with the first few oil changes. It’s air cooled, I knew the oil changes and repairs would be pricey for a Porsche & I had just had a fuel line go out on a Saab I owned at the time so I knew the price was competitive.

I’m a car gal, what I usually do before a even buy a car is find a good mechanic & I didn’t do that when I bought the Porsche. I ended up going to an independent mechanic for the 90k tune up and mentioned something about the convertible top. The tune up cost what it would have at the dealership and they must have messed with the top because on first start up, the top would say it was open and I’d have to re-shut it for the sensor to stay \”off.\”

Unrelated to that top issue, I put the top down recently & heard a giant \”crack\” or \”cha-ching.\” I couldn’t put the top up or down, I drove it 10mph to the dealership to not cause further damage. I called upholstery places, as well as my son’s friend has a repair shop, and they all said I needed to take it to the dealership.

I took it in, Melissa remembered me from when I bought the car and took care of it for me. The quote I got was higher than it actually ended up costing me, I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. She was great, it was nice to be remembered from a decade ago and it’s nice to be treated so well. She showed me the part, it was indeed a giant crack all the way through!!

Thanks to Melissa for all the help and to service for fixing my baby!!
We just bought our second Porsche Boxster with the help of Mike and Andy. Both were helpful and explained everything I needed to be explained.

Andy knew a few of the things that were important to me and made sure to point them out

Plus the closing process at this dealership is like no other. We are not being processed by several people along the line.

Last time Andy did all the paperwork for us. This time it was Mike. Easy and much faster then the usual car dealership.

I’ll be back. Hopefully not for a long time, but I’ll be back.

A month later. Dmv issues with the license plates. Andy is taking care of everything. These guys are great! I recommend this dealership.
I recently had an excellent, though expensive, 20k mile service done on my Cayenne at Porsche Walnut Creek. The ease of making the online appointment, the pleasing use of an almost new Macan as a loaner, and the efficient and friendly treatment by service employees John and Mellisa were beyond expectation.
Walked in a few minutes before 4 PM on a Sunday sat in the white Porsche macan on the showroom floor for 15 minutes with my wife. nobody came to help us until finally one man came over and kind of made a funny face at us and said have you been helped we said no and then he walked away. We waited another few minutes and then walked slowly out the front door. nobody said a word to us.

How can you sell expensive cars like this but not even have a receptionist or greeter in the front to meet potential customers? Doesn’t speak well for how this Porsche dealer handles its customers let alone conducts business.
I have been a service customer of Stead for a few years now. Overall the experience has been satisfactory but nothing special considering what we spend on these cars. Recently my experience has been very disappointing. The work is getting very sloppy and customer service is lacking. My GT4 was in just recently and had them put on new tires. The tech used improper tool to remove old weights and put deep score marks on two wheels. These are $7000 Motorsport wheels!!! He/she didn’t even bother to remove the old weight adhesive leaving a mess for me to clean up. Multiple calls and VM’s into my rep and can’t get a return call.
Friends of ours recommended us to go to Porsche Walnut Creek primarily due to their previous positive experience from buying there 3 years ago. I’m glad we took their advice to visit the dealership. Mike Pardini and Chris Bartz, who sold to our friends, made the car buying experience what it should be: no pressure, informative, and flexible to our schedule. Even on PTO, Chris took it upon himself to make sure the details of our deal were followed through on. We ended up with an amazing deal that other dealers were unable to compete with. We also traded our 15 year old SUV and received a offer higher than the amount we expected. Overall a great buying experience and highly recommended.
Superb service, especially from Melissa! My 911 caught a massive nail in the tire and I had two very important meetings to attend that day. She took the car in immediately, gave me a loner to make my first meeting and offered to stay late to give me my car back. I bought my car from Sonnen (live in Santa Rosa) and rarely get that kind of service! Next purchase may be Walnut Creek Porsche!
The $11,000 rip off and the $14,000 ripoff. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Do not trust the smiling people at Michael Stead Porsche. We moved here from out-of-state 3 years ago, and needed to trade in our Porsche. They offered us $10,000 (it did need some major repairs). Another dealership offered us $21,000. An $11,000 difference!!! Obviously, we sold it to the other dealer and vowed never to go there again. A few weeks ago, I did have to go in for a replacement key (which only authorized Porsche dealers can make). When I returned to get the car, they told me I had an oil leak (which I did). They quoted $17,000!!!! because they said they’d have to remove the engine. Fortunately, in the years since, we have found several great places for Porsche restorations. We got the oil leak and some corroded parts fixed for $2800. More than $14,000 difference. If I trusted them, I would be out $25,000. Never, ever go there.
My husband and I recently leased a Porsche and worked with Andy Hwang is is super personable and professional. Andy delivered on the true definition of Porsche’s commitment to excellent and superior service from the moment we made our first inquiry, to test driving and then signing the lease. He made leasing a new Porsche Macan a breeze. We are super excited to drive our new sports car that is getting delivered later this week! : )
