I first heard about Calidad Motors through an ad while car searching online. They had the car I wanted at a great price and sent an e-mail to Rickey, one of their salesman on staff. He responded almost immediately and informed me that the car was still for sale. However, within the week of preparing to head to the dealer the car was sold. Rickey was gracious enough to let me know that if they ever got the same car in, he would inform me right away. And he did.
A few weeks later, Calidad found the same car that I had hoped to purchase. As soon as they informed me, Rickey kept in contact with me for a week before I actually came to test drive the car. In the process, I also met Rob, who went through a great deal just to give me the car that I wanted at an good price with affordable payments. The staff understood my family’s financial concerns, took it to heart, and got us a deal we simply could not refuse. I’ve worked with several used dealers in the past and none of them have given me the respect, courteousness, and satisfaction that Calidad has. This place deserves less than 1 star! I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I was a trusting customer and should not have trusted these people!
Eli and Rob Salam (owner) from Calidad Motors sold us a car that we regret purchasing. Within 24 hours we discovered that the car had major work done due to a prior accident; therefore, I immediately reached out to Calidad Motors. After almost one week of e-mails back and forth, they do not want to make it right by taking the car back! I’m now thinking of hiring a lawyer to resolve the issue.
Eli (the sales manager) and the rest of the dealership have not denied that they knew about the prior accident (we asked them multiple times if the car was in a prior accident). In fact, the CarFax report indicates a major accident. We trusted them to disclose this information to us when we asked. I can’t imagine that they didn’t know given that the information is public and was easy for me to find.
Instead, after we complained they merely quoted a sign that they claim was hung at the dealership proclaiming that customers have a right to inspect the vehicle. Although we did not see this sign and did not know we had such a right, i did ask them to inspect the car at the time of purchase and they never directed me to the sign or inform me of such a right. I’m of the opinion that if you’re in the business of selling goods, especially used cars, then you know everything about that good to determine its value.
In general, dealers do not have a right to misrepresent a car even if customers do not do a prior inspections. Such notices only allow customers to conduct a prior inspection, not obligate them. This does not absolve the dealership from being truthful especially when they know of a defect.
As a consumer, perhaps i’m also expected to check if a car or any car on a dealer’s lot has been a part of a theft or a crime? Maybe I should also check if this dealership’s licenses are current and updated? Or, if they are violating any other laws or regulations?
I wouldn’t give these Lebanese shysters the sweat off my n— these guys are all about ripping people off for their hard earned money. Yeah that’s right come to America and rip off the stupid Americans. Well guess what we are not as stupid as they think. we have yelp and hopefully people will read this and make enough sense out of it to stay clear of these smooth talking well dressed rip off artists..
Being a car sales person years back I can tell you that absolutely nothing was done in compliance with California Dept. Of Motor. Vehicles codes. Honestly I very seriously doubt that a proper vehicle safety check is ever conducted on any vehicles sold by the we know more about Benz’s BMWs than anyone around scam boys.
These guys took the factory wheels off the 650i I purchased and put after market bent ones on the car. when I asked to see the original wheels the younger associate showed me the ones that were taken off. One had a bad gouge in it and one did not match. later when I approached the older owner of this family owned rip off dealership he said the kid knew nothing about what he was talking about and that the wheels that were on the car came with that vehicle when they purchased it and refused to get me either new wheels from BMW or a set of wheels that weren’t bent. then there were the 4 tires which were badly out of round which they also refused to replace not to mention treads that were showing through which made for a very dangerous situation. these are things that are supposed to be taken care by law before the vehicle hits the road.
Their answer to the faulty treads was sending the vehicle to their mechanic who said the tires had enough tread to comply. tread yes but what about the fact that these tires were ready to burst. their answer ” not our problem” and then they insulted me by offering to give me a hundred dollars. I that isn’t admitting to guilt Then I don’t know what is.
So now that you all are aware of this problem let me tell you about the brakes. the vacuum valve to the booster was leaking oil so two days of fighting back and forth before they finally paid to have it replaced and after offering to pay various amounts other than the replacement cost. and the fact that I threatened to go to Berkley to DMV investigations on Shattuck Ave. that problem was resolved. two days later I was told that my mechanic was an idiot for replacing the valve at a cost of 900 dollars and that their mechanic could have just replaced the seal for much less in a part that BMW doesn’t sell a seal for because its not non replaceable. Wow so you would risk my life for a few hundred dollars less kind of like the radiator hose that was taped. And painted over.
bottom line here these guys should not be allowed to sell another car in this great state of ours. their attitude is one of not caring and having a great disregard for human like and eventually they will and I say this with fear in my heart get someone or many someone’s killed and this scares the crap out of me. all this so they can be here in this great country of ours eat well dress well live well at our expense risking our lives.
bet they don’t ride their family’s on faulty tires and brakes. yet they risk the lives of ours on the piece of crap cars they sell to us.
their safety inspection is a half hour long being a prior car sales person I know for a fact that at minimal at least an hours time should be taken or an hour and a half

I cannot say enough good things about Concord Auto 1. You have every possible opportunity to check the condition of a car before you buy. You can see the Car Fax and the Multi-State Report. You can drive the car to your own mechanic and have it checked. If you are still hesitant, you can buy a cancellation contract and bring the car back if you need to do so. No one pressures you. You can take all the time you want to choose a car and make a decision. Nik Ali is a real professional with years of business experience who treats each customer as he would want to be treated. For almost a month, my boyfriend and I have been looking day and night, at every dealership and every website possible to find the specific car that we’ve always wanted. Constantly, we were thrown in this emotional roller-coaster, at times thinking we’ve found our car, but then in the end, we find that the car was less to our expectations, we get turned down, or certain ppl at these dealerships try to take advantage of us. But this is NOT the case over here!
Nik, the gentlemen who helped us, was extremely helpful and honest. We called on a Saturday in regards to a car they had. He told us to apply on their website so he can look over the info ASAP instead of us coming to the shop so we don’t waste our time, as my boyfriend planned on financing. Because of not having good credit, Nik said to wait & call back Monday morning, as he informed us that though the bank may be open, he would need to talk to management b/c of our specific case. Again with the emotional roller-coaster, we initially thought this wasn’t going to work. But come Monday morning, we called back to let Nik know that we were still interested & to please continue on with our process. We then showed up to the shop & Nik brought back faith into our souls. Every step that he took, he matriculated his every move in speaking to the bank to make sure we did get approved for financing, and provided options that would help lower the payment/interest. We could feel that he did this for the sake of us, his customers, to be happy, and not for the sake of him making money off of us.
Being a first time buyer for a car, we are extremely glad that we came across this opportunity to finally find the car we’ve been searching for here at Concord Auto 1. Where to begin.
I stumbled upon concord auto 1 at the end of the day. After hours of car searching I figured eh why not give the little lot a shot. With a small lot came a lot of great things. Ignore the stigma about small car lots here. Leave all your car buying worries at their gate.
I dealt with Nik. He approached us in a polite non-forceful way when we arrived and simply asked “how can we make you happy?” I had my eye on a civic. Now, keep in mind I’m exhausted and frustrated after driving from Vallejo to Hayward to see a car that turned out to be complete crap.
This is my first car buying experience, I was pre-approved, low interest rate from a credit union based out of Texas. Out of the 15 or so car salesmen it spoke with that day , Nik was the kindest, and surprisingly the most honest.
I undoubtably had a good feeling about him, and his small car lot. I test drove the car and I like it, Nik then wanted to talk some numbers, during this process he taught me so much about the used car market, which currently has a really low margin. He explained everything my credit union was going to do, better then the credit union itself explained. He took the time to explain to me, inform me and educate me on the car buying process.
Now, the fun part. This was 3 weeks ago, and I still don’t have the car completely in my possession. My bank has been so back and worth, tossing me every which way with the whole process.
Nik was so patient and understanding and didn’t hesitate to tell me when someone else was viewing the car. If I had an questions he was there to answer them.
Luckily now that the process is almost over I am thankful for guys like him on small lots who simply only wanna make the money back they put into the car for less hen $500 profit but also leave the customer smiling and feeling good about having a newer car.
I learned throughout my time that concord auto 1 makes the people their number one priority. They made what was such an emotional process for me much much easier.
Nik use to work for large dealerships and I guess just decided he wanted a more honest business. Which is exactly what they provide.
This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. I had been looking for Lexus for awhile and had done plenty of research on the car I wanted. I found one at Concord Auto 1 and decided I would make the long drive up from Morgan Hill to take a look. I worked with Nik when I arrived and I can’t say enough good things about him. Very knowledgable about the vehicles in his inventory; which includes knowing about vehicle issues that other owners experience and he is very upfront about all the issues you could possibly encounter. Nik is very personable and professional. He is not pushy at all. I have never felt more relaxed and at ease when making a decision on a vehicle. He is truly a straight shooter.
I looked at 2 other cars the same afternoon and ended up going back to Nik to buy the Lexus from him. The Lexus was super clean on the interior with low miles, new tires, and all the maintenance was recently taken care of. I drove off the lot a very happy man and didn’t feel like I had to shake slime off my hand after making the deal. A couple of days later I had a small issue with the brakes of the vehicle and reached out to Nik, he was very prompt in taking care of my needs. I dropped the car off the following weekend and he gave me a loaner to take for the day. Once the work was completed on my vehicle, Nik dropped off my car and took his loaner. The family I was with was very impressed with the quality of service, as I was more than 30 minutes away and CA1 didn’t bat an eye at bringing my fixed car to me. I will be recommending Concord Auto 1 to everyone I know and will definitely be returning to them for my future vehicle purchases. Nik is super friendly and everyone was great to work with, I am more than pleased!
My wife had found a vehicle on this dealer thru Craigslist. Even though I am always hesitant to deal with used car dealers I decided to give it a try. As soon as we got in the place and start checking on the vehicles we found some very good deals and found one we were looking for. Nik, who is the owner assist us and was very easy, pleasant and straightforward with us. He provided us with all the needed information including facilitating financial info. if we needed to.
Needless to say, all the process was really smooth, he even provided us with additional spare parts for the car. Even after closing the transaction, the next day he drove all the way to our home to bring us some additional brand new mats for our car.
In all honesty, we have never ever deal with a more service oriented people even when purchasing a new car.

So, I’d like to give a shout out to Simon and Elite Motor Cars for their superior service and professionalism.
I was in the horrific situation of having to buy a used car for my commute. I equate buying a used car with a trip to the dentist; it’s necessary – but why does it have to be so painful? Whenever I think of used cars dealerships, I’m immediately reminded of the movie by the same name imdb.com/title/tt0081698… – slimy grease balls with bad comb-overs and cheap plaid jackets. Not the case here.
I was pleasantly surprised with Elite and Simon. Nice, clean shop (guys, I might recommend a photo) good sales floor dressed up with Lamborghinis and Porches and sales offices that look like people have been working there a while. Fair enough said that this is just an image, but I take that seriously.
I bought a 2002 Honda Accord that they got from another dealer (I think) in Fairfield or Vacaville. They let me inspect the car (yeah, like I know what I’m doing), test drive and produced the car fax immediately upon request. It turned out that I wasn’t crazy about their financing options (to be fair, not their fault – it’s whatever their credit union deems “high risk”) so I went through my own credit union. Simon was always accessible by text and fax and helped me work through the credit union to get it done.

Alex at Elite Motors was SO not what I was expecting when it comes to a used car salesman! He is anything but the old negative stigma. I originally found Elite from an ad in Craigslist. When I went to their showroom, I was impressed! Once I saw the exotic cars they had showcased of course I wanted to change my mind about what I was going to purchase. LOL. But I actually ended up buying a great car! A mid-size luxury SUV & not only did I get the car for an amazing price, I ended up going back there & buying another car!! Alex was always available for me, Even after hours via his cell phone to answer any questions I had prior to & after my purchases. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I was quite surprised to see their wide collection of all sorts of automobiles. I am very lucky to have a guy like Alex sell me my last car.
I recently purchased one of the less expensive vehicles from Elite and Alex offered me nothing less than the same attention he gives to Ferrari and Lamborghini buyers. Maybe even better…
After I drove off the lot, I went directly to my apartment complex, ran inside to change for the gym, and by the time I returned my new car had been towed (in 30min!). 9am the next morning I went to release the car from the tow yard. The tow driver damaged my car in the process and lied to me about the damage. After inspecting my AWD vehicle for any signs of tow damage, and then finding liquid leaking from beneath and damage on the wheels at the tow yard – I called Alex for help.
He immediately arranged to have my vehicle inspected by 3 separate mechanics to assess what damages were incurred and if they were the result of a faulty tow. I’ll be able to provide the pre-purchase and post-tow condition reports to my insurance and the tow yard so they can assign liability to the dishonest tow yard and hopefully hold them accountable. By the time I got to Elite from the tow yard – scrap metal was peeling from beneath the car…and I expected to go home without a car…
But Alex made my experience even easier to deal with by setting me up with a loaner car while my AWD was being inspected for tow damage. This is something NO OTHER DEALER would have done for me and something Alex did not have to do. I believe Alex did this because he saw my frustration caused by unlucky circumstances and did not want his customer to leave disappointed or worse than before.
Even when I had trouble reaching him in the past, I know now it’s because he’s truly giving his all to present company. I don’t know what the 1-Star reviewer who clearly never stepped foot inside Elite is going on about but, if you’re looking for a businessman who’ll give you undivided attention, superb treatment, and surpass your expectations – Alex, his staff, and Elite Motors is the place to be.

Overall I have mix feelings about Elite Motor Cars. They have a nice selection of cars, with a couple of oddballs. Trying to reach them as a first time customer was difficult. For me unless I was coming in that day to take a look at a car, I was ignored.
Previously I tried to set an appointment in advance to check out an Audi S5, and was never replied to. It was not until I told them I was coming in that day I was giving any mind.
When I arrived at their Concord location everyone seemed friendly enough. For my purchase I had Joe helping me out. He was extremely easy to work with, and was not trying to give me a sells pitch at all. Instead he asked if I had any specific questions, proceeded to answer them.
At the time they had the car stuck behind a couple different ones. It seemed that it had been sitting for a little while, since it was dirty and unwashed. Joe was apologetic about the situation. Proceeding to tell me if i had an appointment whey would of had the car washed and pulled out. Which loops me back to earlier… When I did try to set up an appointment. Seems whomever handles their general number for texting inquiries failed to inform the group.
Regardless they did not hesitate to move the cars blocking the car I was looking at, so i could give it a test drive.
Overall I did go ahead with the purchase because of my experience dealing with Joe.
Elite Motors, if you offer someone complimentary gas and don’t fill them up all the way, it cheapens the experience when you spend that type of money. Customers do pay attention and appreciate attention to detail.
I have waited for a couple weeks to write this review because I wanted everything to be finalized and I could write, what I believe to be a good through review of my experience.
First a little background, I had been looking for a 2015 Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0 (Yellow and Black paint scheme) ever since they were released in late 2014. I am a die hard Scion owner and swore I would never own another make of cars if I could help it (I have owned 3 other Scions before this). Of course Toyota deciding to close down the Scion brand was very upsetting and it seemed like I might never be able to get an FR-S much less the one I wanted due to the fact only 1500 of them had been produced.
One day a couple weeks ago I happened to stumble across one that caught my eye. I reached out to Elite Motor Cars and inquired about this car I had seen online and spoke with Masud Puktianie. Masud was very nice and was shockingly not pushy in any way. I was hesitant to commit to this the purchase until I had done a little more research.
After about an hour of making some calls I called Masud back and asked a few more questions which he was more than willing to answer at great length. We exchanged cell numbers so that he could send me some of the information I had asked about that he had to look up. Within 15 minutes he had sent me a text with all the information I had requested. He then sent me a text saying that if I was really interested in this vehicle that I might want to put a deposit down on it because he had just received another message from a potential buyer who stated that he would be in the next day to purchase this car. Masud even went so far as to text me a screen copy of the message to show me that he wasn’t trying to pressure me but that what he was saying was for real. I called back and spoke with Masud and said I would like to do the deposit and would try and make arrangements to find a ride to the dealership the next day to pick up the vehicle (I live 7.5 hours south of Concord near Palm Springs CA). After I had made the deposit I spoke with Masud and told him that I had gotten approval for the loan through my bank and just needed to go in and finalize the paperwork the next morning because the bank was closing soon (this whole process began about 4 pm on Tuesday afternoon). Masud said that would be fine and he looked forward to hearing from me the next day.
Wednesday morning I was at the bank and was working with my loan officer to help finalize the paperwork. Because I had an almost 8 hour drive ahead of me the bank loan officer was trying to get this paperwork rushed, but I still didn’t get the last of the paperwork until 12 pm. I was hopeful that I might be able to still get up to the dealership in time but as fate would have it we didn’t arrive until after 8 pm. During this whole day I was in constant communication with Masud. They even offered to keep the dealership open until about 7 pm (which is about an hour later than normal) if I could make it there in time. When I knew that wasn’t possible I just arranged to meet them the next morning. What I didn’t mention yet is while at the bank I had to call and talk to Masud and the finance manager (I don’t remember his name) about a dozen or more times because my loan officer kept coming up with new questions. Not once did I get an exasperated sigh or even a hint of annoyance from anyone at Elite. I also found out that the finance manager had questioned Masud as to why he was willing to take a deposit on this vehicle when they had another confirmed buyer coming in the next day. Masud just simply told him that I had inquired first. This was amazing because why take a risk on someone lives almost 8 hours away and still had to sign paperwork to get the approval finalized, when you could take the for easy sale? Regardless of the reason Masud took a chance on me. Something I’ve NEVER experienced with any other sales person.
Thursday morning I arrived before Masud because he had gotten delayed due to traffic but he had already messaged me saying he was going to be late so I was already prepared to wait. At this time my son and I had been greeted by Ted. He let us in and allowed my son and I to see some of the cars they had on the floor. My son was obviously very impressed with the selection of cars on the showroom floor but inquired about a particular Mustang he had seen on their website. Ted informed us that they still had the Mustang and offered to show the vehicle to us while we waited. Masud had arrived so we worked on the paperwork and Ted kept my son busy showing him all the other vehicles in their inventory. After I had finished the paperwork I found Ted and my son coming back and even though they had already looked at all the cars Ted was more than willing to take me on a tour too.
This has been by far the best and, although hectic at times, greatest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I WILL be back. Ty for everything.

Throughout the years, I have got multiple cars for me and my family. I have been to many different dealers. I have to say my recent experience with Autocom Nissan of Concord is surprisingly well.
1. Chun offered the best deal among all dealers in this area. Trust me. I always do my homework before walking in a car dealer.
2. The document processing was speedy! I told Chun I only had limited time for the paperwork. They prepared the paperwork right away. The finance manager didn’t hard sell me for extra services/protection plan, which I really appreciated. I was in and out with everything set within 1.5 hours. Unbelievable!

Came here to buy a LEAF at a pre-arranged special price. They honored the price with no issue. Since the pre-arranged price did not include the Charge package on the car which is something I really want, they just added the price difference to the total price. Everything is clear, they didn’t play tricks with the additions. Everything is fair. No BS.
I have done my research ahead of time. I know exactly what I wanted, so I didn’t need a test drive. Prior to my arrival the saleslady Sheena already had the car prepped — washed and all charge up. That was nice.
Sheena was very friendly and patient in talking thru the features on the electric car. That was very helpful, since I am new to the electric vehicle world.

I was looking for a car and hadn’t really decided what type of car to buy as previously I had a Honda CRV which I loved. Philip helped me initially, but at that time I had not made a decision. I had gone to one of their other locations and the salesperson was nice, but when I started talking price, they did not respond well. I then was doing more research and found out about another model, the Nissan Rogue Select which was the previous years model with a budget price and limited options. I did more research on pricing and called Philip with the specs on the car I wanted and he said they had one in stock. I got to the dealership and the car was perfectly detailed and cleaned and was just prepped that day for sale. I test drove the car, then went into to talk numbers. Jeanie is a senior salesperson and she assisted me with the price negotiations with the manager. She was very patient, helpful, not rude or demanding in any way. We finally came to a mutual decision and I got the car. She is very easy to talk to and very entertaining, she talked with me the entire time until the finance person was available for paper signing. She picked me up at my home with my brand new car and was available to show me options about how things worked, etc. I felt I got a fair price and the car was immaculate and filled with gas, and they also gave me a coupon for a first free oil change. Especially if you are a woman buying the car by yourself, ask for Jeanie. Concord Nissan on the whole is a quality dealership and I would go to them if you are in the market for a new or used car. They have other locations, but not the same staff.
I am on a search to Lease a vehicle and several dealers have provided me quotes no problem (your job is to give me a quote that’s your job). However the “Internet Manager at this dealer just continued to question my integrity” Here is the following conversation.
“Perfect, when did you want to come in so you can go for test drive, and I go over the Lease with you, please let me know so I can allot that time frame aside for you, and assist with your process”
I already test driven it. Nissan brought one to my house.

So are you telling me that the Nissan location that brought the vehicle to you and took you for a test drive, didn’t give you Leasing payment options???? Hmmmm I don’t think so.

Nissan has launched a new website, All New Leaf Drive, to invite everyone to test drive the fully redesigned 2018 Leaf.
On the website, Nissan leads in with an invitation to the “Drive and Discover Experience,” a concierge test drive program where consumers can register to have a Leaf delivered to their homes for a personal test drive. Deliveries are handled by Leaf specialists, not an actual dealership.
(WOW I guess anyone can be a manager at this Nissan) Here is the person who refused to help me:

Wow worst experience ever. Called and was told there was a vehicle I was looking for just to show up to a group of retards standing outside the building refusing to help me due to my age I assume little did they know I probably make more than all of them and when one of them finally pulled the short straw and had to help me I got the news that the vehicle wasn’t even in there inventory. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone just go across the street to the other dealership a lot more helpful and I ended up with a car better than the shitssan I was looking at.
