7/22/18 – My boyfriend and I stopped in after seeing a random 2015 F-150 truck on the lot as we were driving by on North Main. We decided to check it out. We were greeted almost instantly by Jovani who was extremely nice and NOT pushy whatsoever. He admitted he didn’t know much about the truck, it was recently traded in for a Dodge Ram. We understood seeing as it was a dodge, jeep and Chrysler dealership, no worries :)\nWe checked the truck out and within minutes were on to a test drive. \nMy boyfriend stated that the test drive was just fine. There were no pushy questions or those \”too personal\” questions. They just took a short stroll down the street, came back and talked financing.\nI stayed behind because we had our dog in the car, clearly not expecting to buy same-day! EVERYONE there was so accommodating and nice to me and my pup. They asked me if I wanted a water bowl for him and a water for myself, I accepted cuz it was hot and I was parched! \nMy boyfriend came back from the test drive and we were invited in, including our dog. The process did take awhile but we were offered beverages and treated very kindly.\nThroughout the process we were helped by Jovani, Matt and Alberto. As I said, everyone was lovely to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler…heck! maybe even stop in for a Ford every once in awhile ;)\nThanks guys!
This one is The Best in the Bay Area. After a horrendous experience with Stoneridge who \”accidentilally sold\” my newly purchased Jeep while it was in transit, then piled on a ton of lies to try and get me to buy something else, I got a refund and called WC to see if they could help. \n\nMatt Sullivan not only listened to what I wanted but went out and found it, and it wasn’t through WC. What dealership do you know of that is willing to send business elsewhere just to make dreams come true! In less than a day, Matt located my dream Jeep at another dealership farther away (with whom they do not do trades) and was kind enough to tell me about it so that I could go there and have my vehicle in time for Mother’s Day. Matt went the extra mile and was knowledgable, communicative and even followed-up with me to make sure everything went well. \n\nWC Jeep dealership – You can bet I will be taking my Jeep here for service for many years to come. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional. From my initial call to Reno, through the sale and after have just been great. At no time did I feel rushed to make a decision and Reno took the time to answer all of my questions. \n\nMy finance Manager, Alberto Fletes was amazing as well. This review is being left for the service department specifically, \”Jose\” and his manager and outstanding customer service with common sense!!\n\nI came in for an oil change with an online coupon. It wasn’t theirs, however being completely professional they honored the coupon, and kept a happy customer.. I will possibly purchase another FCA product in the near future!
As a first-time buyer of a car at a dealership, I am very impressed by this establishment. I am purchasing a used Hyundai, and the salesman was very nice. When I hear about car dealerships, I think of pushy salesman. That is not the case here! During the test drive he was very honest about the reliability and reputation of Hyundais. \n\nThe sales manager was very personable. He and my dad had a fun conversation about the movie \”Rudy.\” He made sure to mention that they stand behind their used cars, and only accept used cars in excellent condition. \n\nSome extra perks – there is a nice area to watch television while you’re waiting on paperwork. If you have children, there is also a sectioned off play area. They have water bottles, a VERY nice vending machine, and a coffee maker.\n\nThis place makes the car buying process more bearab

Only reason I am leaving this 5 star review is 110% because of CHRIS!!! I have had horrible experiences with dodge here several times before but this time I got to deal with Chris and he has made my entire process Stress free…having to tear my entire engine apart he has kept me updated and has got me several discounts do to the headaches of not having my car!!! This man deserves a FAT bonus for customer service!!! I appreciate\nYou Chris thanks for showing all your co workers how it’s done I don’t want to deal with anyone else but him from now on!!!
The absolute BEST Jeep dealership we’ve been to! To start off this would be our 6th Jeep that we have leased. We have always loved our jeeps, but hated having to go through the process of getting a new one. We started looking 4th of July at Stoneridge Jeep dealership and had a absolute horrible experience. To keep it short we were in their finance office twice signing papers and both times got told that something was wrong with the deal and they had to work new numbers. During this frustrating process we called Walnut Creek Jeep, because they had a similar vehicle. We were connected with Keith and immediately he was super helpful, professional, patient and nice. He listened to what we were going through and even offered to help review their deal to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. After walking out of Stoneridge dealership for the 2nd time in two days we were done. I told Keith I would reach out when we were ready to look again. \n\nFast forward to this past week. We reached out set up an appointment and honestly were done with the deal by the end of that appointment. He was honest upfront and realistic about what numbers they could do. There was no pressure and he even made sure to make a copy of the numbers so we could go home and think about it for the night. Promised that nothing would change by the next day. We went in the next day and he had everything ready to go. We were in and out in an hour. We can’t say enough about Keith and the rest of this dealership. Everyone we saw that worked at the dealership both days made a point to say hello and asked if we needed anything. Alberto was very friendly and quick in the finance office(very important when you have two little ones with you).\nLast but not least, like we said before Keith was amazing! The dealership was also really clean and it didn’t have that aggressive sale person vibe the other dealerships we had been to had. Just a wonderful refreshing experience all around!!\n\nThank you Walnut Creek Jeep and Keith for such a great experience!! We’ll be back soon
After making an appointment for early morning, they still had not finished servicing my car 5 hours later… for a simple 5K oil change! I even called them and my service rep, did not call me back. After walking down to the service center and continuing to wait, I was told that the car was still not ready and making an appointment was just so they could take my information and car and not any indication that service would be performed in a timely manner. Guess what? First and last service appointment at this place! I will drive to Lithia Chrysler in Concord instead… the car was ready after 8 hours!!! They destroyed my whole day…
Absolutely appalled by our interaction with them today. My fiance and I were in San Francisco when our car broke down. We called ahead to the dealership and were told that the car couldn’t be looked at today, but that they could hold it overnight and they’d check it out tomorrow. However, when we called to confirm that the car had arrived, we were told they didn’t know if they had it and that they didn’t work on cars older than 10 years old if it hadn’t been brought in to them before. We told them how old the car was and that we’d never been to that dealership when we called and no one thought it was worth telling us that our car was unserviceable according to their policy. When we finally got the manager on the phone she basically told us that, despite the misinformation given to us by their staff, we were SOL and that they refused to work on it. Now we have to pay to tow it somewhere else when all of this could have been avoided. What’s worse is that they didn’t seem to care at all that they cost us money and that they wasted our time. The manager kept mentioning policy and never apologized for the misinformation provided by the staff Absolutely appalled and will never go back.
Internet Sales Manager Keith Montes is awesome. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to test drive a Jeep and Keith came out to meet me. He was low-key and very easy to talk to, no pressure whatsoever. How many of us dread car shopping because of the stereotypical pushy sales guy??? Keith’s demeanor pretty much sold me on making the purchase. The whole experience from start to finish was super easy and fun. A special shout out to Monica in Finance for also making my first new car purchase enjoyable!
Just leased a new Wrangler from these guys over the weekend and they are total pros. No BS, no pressure, no time wasted in going back and forth. I had an aggressive number in mind and I knew what I wanted to pay and they proactively gave me a solid discounted bottom line price in combination with running my many term/DP/mileage scenarios to hit my targeted lease payment as close as they were able. The whole process was painless and transparent – and it’s always a good sign when a dealer is willing to give you aggressive pricing on the newest models that are already in high demand and not needing to be discounted in order to sell. That’s how you earn new and loyal customers.\n\nTheir Sales Manager, Matt Sullivan is a straight shooter and very helpful. Our Sales Associate, William Beyer was super thorough, really knowledgeable about the car/sales process and insanely attentive without being pushy or dismissive of any concerns we had. Shout out to their people in finance too – they knew we were on a schedule and they really helped expedite things and run a bunch of numbers to help us structure the deal that worked best for us.\n\nKudos to the team in Walnut Creek!
I have been to this service center a dozen times over a course of two new vehicles, but this last visit prompted me to write this review in hopes it will make you a bit more cautious.\n\nTo make this short I’ll just describe my last two visits to their service department with my brand new car. Two months ago I took it in for a malfunctioning heated seat. They troubleshot it to a bad heating module and told me to come back when they get the part. \n\nFast forward about a month and my car is at the dealership for a couple days. When I picked it up I noticed deep scratches on the interior trim and a dent on the metal frame under the door (as it sits closed). I am a pretty lenient guy so I decided to let it go. I probably shouldn’t have because a few days later I realized they didn’t fix the seat! \n\nBack at the dealer a few weeks later I pointed out the damage to the service rep and nicely asked to tell the techs to be more careful. They kept my car for about four days telling me that the wrong part was replaced initially. I was ok with this as long as I get my car fixed I thought.\n\nWRONG! I got the car back and inspected for damage when I got home. Even more deep scratches on the trim, paint, and the back of the seat looked like someone took it apart with zero regard for my hard earned money. On top of it all they gave me my car back on empty! I left it there half full. Oh and I saved the best for last…………the seat is broken again! BEWARE! If you care for your car keep a close eye on their craftsmanship…
Camron took a bad situation and made it better helping in anyway he could when the Auto Body Shop and Insurance Company failed. I truly appreciate his help and will give my business to Stead Jeep whenever I can. It’s refreshing to be able to talk to reasonable people to come up with a solution. Thank you!
They seem to be busy all the time yet never have the people to service the scheduled work. I waited 20 min for them to take my car. Then as I waited for my oil change, I had go out and look and see that my car was done then ask the counter \”guy\” if my car was done and he said it should be please wait in line. 7 min of waiting in line and I get up to a someone else at the counter, just so she can tell me to wait for \”Guy\”. So as I wait for him to tell me to go pay. Then at the counter they say it’s backed up at the wash it will take another 30 to wash it. \n\nCome on, hire the correct staff or take less appointments. Either way time to improve your service.
