Throughout the years, I have got multiple cars for me and my family. I have been to many different dealers. I have to say my recent experience with Autocom Nissan of Concord is surprisingly well.
1. Chun offered the best deal among all dealers in this area. Trust me. I always do my homework before walking in a car dealer.
2. The document processing was speedy! I told Chun I only had limited time for the paperwork. They prepared the paperwork right away. The finance manager didn’t hard sell me for extra services/protection plan, which I really appreciated. I was in and out with everything set within 1.5 hours. Unbelievable!

Came here to buy a LEAF at a pre-arranged special price. They honored the price with no issue. Since the pre-arranged price did not include the Charge package on the car which is something I really want, they just added the price difference to the total price. Everything is clear, they didn’t play tricks with the additions. Everything is fair. No BS.
I have done my research ahead of time. I know exactly what I wanted, so I didn’t need a test drive. Prior to my arrival the saleslady Sheena already had the car prepped — washed and all charge up. That was nice.
Sheena was very friendly and patient in talking thru the features on the electric car. That was very helpful, since I am new to the electric vehicle world.
At the finance desk, while various forms of maintenance contracts was presented to me, it was not a hard sell. The whole process was easy.
I will buy from this place again.
Jeanie is an excellent salesperson and is great to deal with especially as a woman buying a car. I was looking for a car and hadn’t really decided what type of car to buy as previously I had a Honda CRV which I loved. Philip helped me initially, but at that time I had not made a decision. I had gone to one of their other locations and the salesperson was nice, but when I started talking price, they did not respond well. I then was doing more research and found out about another model, the Nissan Rogue Select which was the previous years model with a budget price and limited options. I did more research on pricing and called Philip with the specs on the car I wanted and he said they had one in stock. I got to the dealership and the car was perfectly detailed and cleaned and was just prepped that day for sale. I test drove the car, then went into to talk numbers. Jeanie is a senior salesperson and she assisted me with the price negotiations with the manager. She was very patient, helpful, not rude or demanding in any way. We finally came to a mutual decision and I got the car. She is very easy to talk to and very entertaining, she talked with me the entire time until the finance person was available for paper signing. She picked me up at my home with my brand new car and was available to show me options about how things worked, etc. I felt I got a fair price and the car was immaculate and filled with gas, and they also gave me a coupon for a first free oil change. Especially if you are a woman buying the car by yourself, ask for Jeanie. Concord Nissan on the whole is a quality dealership and I would go to them if you are in the market for a new or used car. They have other locations, but not the same staff.
I am on a search to Lease a vehicle and several dealers have provided me quotes no problem (your job is to give me a quote that’s your job). However the “Internet Manager at this dealer just continued to question my integrity” Here is the following conversation.
“Perfect, when did you want to come in so you can go for test drive, and I go over the Lease with you, please let me know so I can allot that time frame aside for you, and assist with your process”
I already test driven it. Nissan brought one to my house.

Nissan has launched a new website, All New Leaf Drive, to invite everyone to test drive the fully redesigned 2018 Leaf.
On the website, Nissan leads in with an invitation to the “Drive and Discover Experience,” a concierge test drive program where consumers can register to have a Leaf delivered to their homes for a personal test drive. Deliveries are handled by Leaf specialists, not an actual dealership.
(WOW I guess anyone can be a manager at this Nissan) Here is the person who refused to help me:

Wow worst experience ever. Called and was told there was a vehicle I was looking for just to show up to a group of retards standing outside the building refusing to help me due to my age I assume little did they know I probably make more than all of them and when one of them finally pulled the short straw and had to help me I got the news that the vehicle wasn’t even in there inventory. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone just go across the street to the other dealership a lot more helpful and I ended up with a car better than the shitssan I was looking at.
We went in there ready to buy, money in our pockets, knowing exactly what we wanted. We were reproached for not making an appointment. We had to convince them to show us anything, a test drive was like pulling teeth. They were not willing to even talk to us about buying and said they’d email me. It took 4 days to hear from them. I replied immediately to their email saying I wanted to come in to buy and didn’t get a reply for three days. Finally, I said I’m taking other test drives and two days later got a response. By then I had already made an appointment with Mercedes. The customer service was amazing and I drove off in a c coupe that was just as fun a drive as the giulia with a much nicer interior. Alfa Romeos $50k loss was Mercedes gain. \u200d
I did my research and decided I would be purchasing a Stelvio. I contacted a total of four dealerships for ballpark quotes, but all, except Alfa Romeo Walnut Creek put the hard sell on me. From my initial inquiries, I was introduced to Max Simpson by the business development rep who initially responded to me. Max was awesome. He is a good human being and a business person instead of a \”auto salesperson,\” the kind that gives the industry a bad name. Max was very professional and personable and totally efficient. Lastly, I had a little issue with the car that I noticed after I drove off the lot. I contacted Max and he handled it perfectly…..even after the sale was closed. My new go to dealership. A complete unpretentious, class act.
After visiting several Alfa Romeo dealerships in San Francisco, Burlingame and Berkeley I came back to this one for the best deal and exceptional service. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision on leasing my Alfa Romeo! They definitely got themselves a returning customer once the lease is up.
Jonathan Higgins is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with! His proffessionalism and non intrusive manner not only sold me the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, but represented his dealership in a stellar way. He sold me on doing business here in the future. Couldn’t speak better of this dealership. I went in knowing what car I wanted(2017 Giulia TI) and they were more than accommodating. \n\nThe reasons I chose this dealer over the other dealers in the area:\n\n1.) Jonathan Higgins — Friendly, straight forward and knowledgable.\n\n2.) Price – They were up front and fair on the price. I was quoted at a $200 monthly premium for the same model at a different dealer.\n\nAfter we agreed on price, the finance manager, show, was beyond friendly and quick. If you want a service shop that defines customer service, this is the place. Henry Escano helped me from start to finish – from booking the appointment to the time of pickup. He made the extra effort to make sure the rim colors match (I scratched them), and returned them to the guy servicing rim repairs when he felt the new paint was a shade darker than the standard. He also volunteered to foot the extra days rental on my car rental, due to the delay in getting my car back. All in all, this is the best place to get your Alfa Romeo fixed in the Bay Area. \n\nEdgar Romero
Waste of time, when to the dealership on 3 occasions. First couple times was to see the Gulia and test drive it. \n\nNext was talking about numbers..\n\nI told Julia and Vince the type of car I wanted and they told me they would contact me when they have a hold of the car. \n\nWent in again and was promised a couple more days. Called the dealership to ask a couple more questions and no one got back to me. Julia or Vince. \n\n(Now I understand why surrounding Alfa Romero dealerships don’t like dealing with this location)
You know how you hate to shop for a car because you don’t want to deal with the \”pushy car salesman\”? Well then you need to see Garth, he is the COMPLETE opposite of the \”pushy car salesman\”. He is very knowledgeable about his fleet of cars, and will honestly answer any questions you have. He is by far one of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing, and if I had to buy another car tomorrow I would see Garth again.
I ended up at Alfa Walnut Creek because I was in the market for a Giulia at a time where dealers did not have a lot of stock. I went the other dealers closer to where I live in San Francisco, and was frankly disappointed at their willingness to help me find what I wanted. \n\nThe team at Walnut Creek, Mario and Julia were great. I was picky on what I wanted so at first, they tried doing all sorts of searches to see if they could find a car for me at another dealer or onroute to the States. When we couldn’t find anything that made sense, they helped me order the car, which finally got here!\n\nI would recommend Walnut Creek to anyone in the market for an Alfa. Their level of service surpasses any other dealers in the area.
My wife and I leased a new Giulia from Jonathan and Julia of Alfa Romeo of Walnut Creek today. The entire experience was terrific. Julia worked with me over the course of 4 days to obtain the car and favorable deal I needed to make the whole thing work. Our 2017 Giulia is a fantastic car. I have owned 67 automobiles, of various quality brands, but this car is superior to 90% of what I’ve owned. A fantastic car, from fantastic people! I highly recommend anyone who wants an Alfa go see the folks at Alfa Romeo Walnut Creek. A wonderfully pleasant experience.
