• Upfront pricing, no surprises. A firm quote before we dispatch — the price we quote is the price you pay, with after-hours/holiday charges disclosed in advance.
• Licensed & bonded. CSLB 5938-9, California BSIS 5938, bonded (5938-956-65897), ALOA-Certified.
• Identified, professional techs. Marked vehicle, ID on arrival, and a written receipt.
• Workmanship we stand behind. 90-day warranty on parts and 30-day warranty on labor. This covers defects in the parts we supply and the work we perform; it does not cover user or operator error, misuse, abuse, or damage caused after we complete the job.
• Damage-conscious methods. We use non-destructive entry whenever possible and explain and quote any part that must be replaced first.
